The latest updates on local electoral information are as follows.
Results
Northumberland: The byelection in Cramlington Eastfield division held on 22 August was won by Alan Smith. Conservative hold.
Three Rivers: The byelection in Abbots Langley and Bedmond ward held on 22 August was won by Vicky Edwards. Conservative gain from Liberal Democrat; as a result the Liberal Democrats have lost their overall majority on the council.
West Lothian: The byelection in Armadale and Blackridge ward held on 22 August was won by Susan Manion. Labour win a seat previously held by an Independent councillor.
Newark and Sherwood: Emma Oldham, who was elected as an Independent in Balderton North and Coddington ward and had been part of the Independents for Newark and District group, has joined the Green Party. She retains her post as Portfolio Holder for Biodiversity and Environmental Services in the council administration.
North Northamptonshire: Ross Armour, who was elected for the Labour Party in Oakley ward, has left the group and is sitting as an unaffiliated Independent councillor.
Spelthorne: Denise Saliagopoulos, who was elected as an Independent in Riverside and Laleham ward but had been affiliated to the Conservatives, has now formally joined them.
