Fletton and Woodston has a byelection on 12 February, and a vacant seat (both held by Labour). Rylan Ray (Eye, Thorney and Newborough) moved from Conservative to non-party in November 2025. Gavin Elsey (Wittering) moved from Peterborough First to Independent in November 2025. Dennis Jones (Dogsthorpe) moved from Labour to Independent in September 2025. Nicola Jenkins (Bretton) moved from Labour to Independent in August 2025. Roger Antunes (Hampton Vale) moved from Peterborough First to Independent in July 2025.
