Independent 6, Liberal Party 3, Your Party Liverpool 2. Seaport on the Mersey in the north-west; suffered deprivation, riots and political extremist infiltration in the 1980s but has since undergone much regeneration. Development along the shore cost it World Heritage Site status in 2021. Adopted a directly-elected Mayor in 2012 but ended the system in 2023.

Sam Gorst (Garston) moved from Your Party Liverpool to Independent in July 2026. Sarah Doyle (Dingle) and Tom Logan (Canning) moved from Labour to Independent in June 2026.
