Spelthorne

Independent Spelthorne Group 5 (the Green Party councillor is also in this group), unaffiliated Independent 2. Was part of Middlesex until 1965 when transferred to Surrey. Includes Sunbury, Shepperton, Stanwell and Ashford.

The council will be merged with Guildford, Runnymede, Surrey Heath, Waverley and Woking to form a new West Surrey unitary council in 2027. Lisa Brennan (Shepperton Town) moved from Conservative to unaffiliated Independent in May 2026. Mary Bing Dong (Sunbury Common) moved from Conservative to unaffiliated Independent in February 2026. Commissioners have been appointed to guide the council.
