Reform UK gained a seat from the Conservatives in Chapel St Leonards at a byelection on 13 November. Ruchira Yarsley (Wragby) moved from East Lindsey Independent Group to Conservative in October 2025. Carleen Dickinson (Friskney) moved from East Lindsey Independent Group to Reform UK in August 2025.
