Carmarthenshire: Two councillors have left the Labour group to become Independent unaffiliated. Emyr Rees (Glanaman ward), has left the party; it is unclear if John James (Burry Port) has done likewise.
Gloucester: Usman Bhaimia, who was elected for the Labour Party in Barton and Tredworth ward, has left the party over its attitude to the Middle East crisis.
Haringey: Lotte Collett, who was elected for the Labour Party in Woodside ward, has left the party over its attitude to the Middle East crisis.
Hounslow: Lara Parizotto, who was elected for the Labour Party in Brentford West ward, has left the party over its attitude to the Middle East crisis.
Islington: Asima Shaikh, who was elected for the Labour Party in Finsbury Park ward, has left the party; over its attitude to the Middle East crisis.
Merthyr Tydfil: Jamie Scriven, who was elected for the Labour Party in Penydarren division, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor, over its attitude to the Middle East crisis.
Nottingham: Nadia Farhat, who was elected for the Labour Party in Leen Valley ward, has left the party over its attitude to the Middle East crisis.
Sandwell: Laured Kalari, who was elected for the Conservatives in Rowley ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
Stroud: Jessie Hoskin, who was elected for the Labour Party in Cainscross ward, has left the party over its attitude to the Middle East.
Camden: Highgate ward, after the resignation of Green Party councillor Sian Berry in order to concentrate on her Parliamentary candidature in Brighton Pavilion. Term ends 2026.
Hertfordshire: Harpenden Rural division, after the resignation of Conservative county councillor Annie Brewster. Term ends 2025.
Newham: Plaistow North ward, after the resignation of Labour councillor Daniel Lee-Phakoe. Term ends 2026.
North Kesteven: Billinghay Rural ward, after the death of Conservative councillor Gill Ogden. Term ends 2027.
North Tyneside: Cullercoats ward, after the death of Conservative councillor Linda Arkley, formerly directly-elected Mayor. Term ends May next year.
St Albans: Sandridge and Wheathampstead ward, after the resignation of Liberal Democrat councillor Kristian Gavan. Term ends May next year.

Powys: The byelection due in Talybont-on-Usk ward will be held on Wednesday 22 November.

Peterborough: A motion to remove the Conservative leadership will be put to the vote at an emergency council meeting next Wednesday. As the motion has been jointly proposed by all opposition parties who have a majority of councillors, it is highly likely to succeed.
