Hastings: Six councillors have left the Labour group to form the Hastings Independents Group; the six are the council’s Leader Paul Barnett and deputy leader Maya Evans (both Bollington ward), and the other four cabinet members: Andy Batsford (St Helens ward), John Cannan (Wishing Tree ward), Ali Roark (Tressell ward) and Simon Willis (Ore ward). This change also therefore changes the council administration.
