Amber Valley Independents 2, Derbyshire Community Party 2, Independent 2. North of Derby, including Belper, Heanor, Alfreton and Ripley. Previously mining and still with some engineering but increasingly becoming commuter areas for Derby and Nottingham.

Emma Monkman (Belper North) moved from Labour to Independent in May 2026. Amanda Paget (Smalley, Shipley and Horsley Woodhouse) moved from Conservative to Reform UK in April 2026. Reform UK gained Codnor, Langley Mill and Aldercar from Labour at a byelection on 20 January. Steven Bower (Heanor West and Loscoe) and Philip Rose (Ironville and Riddings) moved from Amber Valley Independents to Advance UK in January 2026, but reversed the move in May 2026. Trevor Holmes (Heanor East) moved from Labour to Independent in December 2025.
