Independent Voice for Vale 2, Independent 1. An area of south-west Oxfordshire, transferred from Berkshire in 1974, and named after the White Horse of Uffington. Includes Abingdon, Faringdon and Wantage.

Mike Pighills (Abingdon Peachcroft) moved from Liberal Democrat to Independent in May 2026. The Conservatives gained a seat in Stanford from the Liberal Democrats at a byelection on 26 March. The Liberal Democrats gained a seat in Abingdon Abbey Northcourt from the Green Party at a byelection on 12 March.
