Community Campaign Hart 11, Independent 1. Originally named Hartley Wintney; the north-east of Hampshire area including Fleet, Hook and Yateley. Found to be the least deprived authority in the 2004 Indices of Deprivation.

The government proposes to merge the council with Basingstoke and Deane, and Hart, to create a new unitary North Hampshire council in 2027.
