Rushmoor Independent Group 5, Independent 1. Compact district in north-east Hampshire, neutrally named as between Aldershot and Farnborough. A major army base with the aviation industry around Farnborough airfield.

Four Labour councillors left to form the Rushmoor Independent Group in September 2025. Abe Allen (Fernhill) moved from Labour to Independent in July 2025, to Rushmoor Independent Group in September 2025. Calum Stewart (Knellwood) moved from Conservative to Independent in May 2025.
