Rushmoor

Independent 3. Compact district in north-east Hampshire, neutrally named as between Aldershot and Farnborough. A major army base with the aviation industry around Farnborough airfield.

The government proposes to merge the council with Basingstoke and Deane, and Rushmoor, to create a new unitary North Hampshire council in 2027. Wellington has a vacant seat (held by Labour).
