Independent 12, Wycombe Independent 2. A unitary county council. One of the home counties, and the only county council to stay Conservative in 1993. Its county hall building in Aylesbury is widely regarded as the biggest eyesore in the county.

Dean Field (Wendover, Halton and Stoke Mandeville) moved from Liberal Democrat to Conservative in March 2026. Kathryn Gibbon (Bierton, Kingsbrook and Wing) moved from Reform UK to Conservative in January 2026.
