Local Independents 6 (Independent 4, Old Windsor Residents’ Association 2), Independent Alliance 5 (Independent 3, National Flood Prevention Party 1, the Borough First Independents 1), the Borough First Independents 1. East Berkshire prosperity and high technology industry; includes some famous locations: Eton College, Ascot racecourse, Windsor Castle. Both of its towns are on the River Thames.

West Windsor Residents’ Association dissolved in February 2026, with its two councillors remaining in the Independent Alliance group. Geoff Hill (Oldfield) moved from Local Independent to Liberal Democrat in December 2025. Jack Douglas (St Mary’s) moved from Liberal Democrat to Independent in December 2025, and joined the Borough First Independents in February 2026.
