Local Independents 7 (Independent 5, Old Windsor Residents’ Association 2,), Independent Alliance 6 (West Windsor Residents’ Association 2, Independent 1, National Flood Prevention Party 1, Reform UK 1, the Borough First Independents 1). East Berkshire prosperity and high technology industry; includes some famous locations: Eton College, Ascot racecourse, Windsor Castle. Both of its towns are on the River Thames.

David Buckley (Datchet, Horton and Wraysbury) moved from the Borough First Independents to Reform UK in April 2025. Five councillors left ‘the Borough First Independents’ in December 2024-January but remained in the Local Independents group.
