Breckland

Independent and Green Group 3 (includes the Green Party); Independent 2. Breckland is a gorse-covered sandy area in south Norfolk and north Suffolk; the council is based in East Dereham.

Thetford Castle has a byelection on 24 September (held by Labour). Tina Kiddell (Watton) moved from Independent/Green to Reform UK in May 2025. Stephen Fraser (Attleborough Burgh and Haverscroft) moved from Conservative to Independent in May 2025. Reform UK gained Thetford Priory from Labour at a byelection on 1 May, and Bedingfield from the Conservatives at a byelection on 27 February.
