Kings Lynn and West Norfolk

Independent Partnership 17 (the Liberal Democrats and Your Party also sit in this group), West Norfolk Independent Group 3, Progressive Group 2, Independent member 1, Your Party 1. King's Lynn is an old North Sea port town on The Wash; the district includes Sandringham House. A Norfolk county council proposal for a waste incinerator in the district is massively unpopular.

At byelections on 6 August, Reform UK gained seats in Heacham and Snettisham from the Conservatives. David Sayers (Gaywood North Bank) moved from Liberal Democrat to Independent Partnership, while Alan Ryves (Methwold) moved from Independent Partnership to West Norfolk Independent Group in July 2026. Joshua Lowe (Gaywood Chase) moved from Labour to Independent in June 2026. Francis Bone (St Margarets with St Nicholas) moved from Labour to Independent Partnership in April 2026.
