Immediately south of Preston, including the commercial vehicle manufacturing town of Leyland. Also includes Preston suburbs of Penwortham and Bamber Bridge.

Mathew Forshaw (Coupe Green and Gregson Lane) returned to the Conservative whip in November 2024. The Conservatives gained a seat in Middleforth from Labour at a byelection on 24 October. Labour held Bamber Bridge West at a byelection on 10 October.
