Democratic Independent Group 8, Independents in Green and Independent Alliance 3 (group includes the Green Party), Malvern Hills Independents 2. West Worcestershire, including the inland spa town of Great Malvern; also extending north to Tenbury Wells. The district previously included part of Herefordshire, lost when that county regained its local government independence in the 1990s.

The Liberal Democrats gained Alfrick, Leigh and Rushwick from Malvern Hills Independents at a byelection on 21 May. Reform UK gained Tenbury from the Conservatives at a byelection on 30 April. Beverley Nielsen (Great Malvern) moved from Labour to Independent within the Democratic Alliance Group in 2026.
