Brexit Party 9, Socialist Labour Party 4, Putting Seaton First 3, Independent 2, For Britain 1. Port and manufacturing town, originally in Durham and then in the former county of Cleveland. Famous as the town which hanged a monkey mistaken for a foreign sailor; the monkey mascot of Hartlepool FC was elected as Mayor in 2002.

Manor House has a vacant seat (held by a Brexit Party councillor elected for the UK Independence Party). The Independent Union, UK Independence Party and Veterans and Peoples Party councillors joined the Brexit Party in September 2019. Labour regained Hart at a byelection on 25 July.
