Mold Broncoed has a byelection on 26 November (held by Labour). Flintshire People’s Voice gained Higher Kinnerton from the Independent group at a byelection on 15 October. Marion Bateman (Northop) moved from True Independents to non-aligned, and Debbie Owen (Connah’s Quay Central) moved from True Independents to the Independent Group in July 2026. At a byelection on 9 July, Reform UK gained Connah’s Quay Central from the True Independents. Roz Mansell (Connah’s Quay Wepre), Mike Peers (Buckley Pentrobin) and Dale Selvester (Queensferry and Sealand) moved from True Independents to Reform UK in July 2026. Arnold Woolley (Buckley Bistre East) moved from Eagle to True Independents in June-July 2026.
