Carol Albury and Carson Albury (both Manor ward), Andy McGregor (Widewater) and Neil Parkin (Hillside) moved from Conservative to form an Independent group in February 2026. Paul Mansfield (Peverel) moved from Conservative to Independent Peveral in November 2025.
