West of Manchester, including Altrincham, Hale, Urmston and Stretford. The Trafford Centre is in the borough, as are the Old Trafford sports grounds.

The Conservatives gained a seat from the Green Party in Hale at a byelection on 20 November. The Conservatives gained a seat from Labour in Broadheath at a byelection on 16 October. Ulrich Savary (Broadheath) moved from Labour to Independent in July 2025, to Liberal Democrat in September 2025.
