Community First 1. South-east Lancashire town, based on the textile industry. A relatively small district; includes Bacup, Rawtenstall and Haslingden in addition to Rossendale itself.
The Green Party gained a seat from Labour in Hareholme and Waterfoot at a byelection on 2 April. James Eaton (Bacup) moved from Labour to Independent in December 2025, but returned in March 2026.
