Reform UK gained Paulsgrove from Portsmouth Independent Party at a byelection on 23 October. Matthew Cordy and Russell Simpson (both Hilsea), Chris Dike (Paulsgrove) and Derek North (Copnor) moved from Portsmouth Independents Party to Reform UK in October 2025. George Madgwick (Paulsgrove) and Raymond Dent (Copnor) moved from Portsmouth Independents Party to Reform UK in July 2025. Raj Ghosh (Charles Dickens) returned to Labour in May 2025.
