North Devon Independent 8 (group includes the Green Party). Includes part of Exmoor (Lynton and Lynmouth) and the coastal resort town of Ilfracombe, with the largest town being Barnstaple.

Barnstaple with Pilton has a byelection on 1 May (held by the Liberal Democrats). Glyn Lane (Landkey) moved from Independent to Conservative in March 2025. Frank Biederman (Fremington) moved from Independent to Liberal Democrat in January 2025. The Liberal Democrats gained Instow from the Conservatives at a byelection on 9 January.
