North Devon Independent 7 (group includes the Green Party), non-aligned 1. Includes part of Exmoor (Lynton and Lynmouth) and the coastal resort town of Ilfracombe, with the largest town being Barnstaple.

The Liberal Democrats gained a seat in Fremington from an Independent at a byelection on 2 April. Graham Bell (Braunton East) moved from Liberal Democrat to non-aligned in November 2025.
