Inverclyde

Independent 4. Southern shore of the Firth of Clyde; industrial towns with shipping heritage (Port Glasgow, Greenock, Gourock). Wemyss Bay on the west coast is the terminal for ferries to the Isle of Bute.

Inverclyde West has a byelection on 7 November (held by Labour). Innes Nelson (Inverclyde South West) moved from Scottish National Party to Independent in April 2024.
