Conwy First Independent 19, Allied Independents 2, Independent 1, non-aligned 1. The Green Party councillor is in a joint group with Plaid Cymru. A large area of north Wales, including tourist resorts Llandudno, Colwyn Bay and Conwy (historic castle). The inland area is in Snowdonia national park.

Paul Luckock (Pen-sarn Pentre Mawr) moved from Conwy First Independent to non-aligned in July 2024.
