- East Sussex: The byelection in Old Hastings and Tressell division held on 9 July was won by Tania Charman. Labour hold.
- Gwynedd: The byelection in Morfa Nefyn division held on 9 July was won by Siân Hughes. Plaid Cymru hold.
- Hastings: The byelection in Central St Leonards ward held on 9 July was won by Terri Dowling. Labour hold.
- Hastings: The byelection in St Helens ward held on 9 July was won by Martin Clarke. Conservative hold.
