- Colchester: The byelection in Dedham and Langham ward on 22 October was won by Anne Brown. Conservative hold.
- Hampshire: The byelection in Chandlers Ford division on 22 October was won by Judith Grajewski. Conservative hold.
- Oxford: The byelection in Northfield Brook ward on 22 October was won by Jennifer Pegg. Labour hold.
- South Oxfordshire: The byelection in Sonning Common on 22 October was won by Hon. Will Hall. Conservative hold.
- Westminster: The byelection in Bryanston and Dorset Square ward on 22 October was won by Julia Alexander. Conservative hold.
