Date for byelection

Ward boundary changes will take place in 55 councils which have elections in May. Three councils which previously elected by thirds have gone over to all-out elections: Purbeck and Stratford-on-Avon will have their elections in 2015 and then every four years, while Doncaster will have an all-out election again in 2017 and then every four years, to align with Mayoral elections.
