The latest updates on local electoral information are as follows.
Broxtowe: The postponed election in Stapleford South East ward held on 13 June was won by David Grindell and Tim Hallam. Two Liberal Democrat gains from the Conservatives. As a result the Labour/Liberal Democrat/Independent coalition agreed after the election will continue in control.
North Devon: The postponed election in Chittlehampton ward held on 13 June was won by Ray Jenkins. The Conservatives take a seat previously held by an Independent councillor; as a result the Liberal Democrat administration does not have an overall majority.
North Kesteven: The byelection in Billinghay, Martin and North Kyme ward held on 13 June was won by Amanda Sanderson. Conservative gain from Lincolnshire Independents.
East Renfrewshire: David Macdonald, who was elected as an Independent in Clarkston, Netherlee and Williamwood ward, has joined the Liberal Democrats. He had been a candidate for Change UK in the European election but withdrew after nomination to support the Liberal Democrats.
Wiltshire: Andy Phillips, who was elected for the Conservatives in Chippenham Cepen Park and Redlands division, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
