The latest updates on local electoral information are as follows.
Result
Aylesbury Vale: The byelection in Haddenham and Stone ward on 7 March was won by David Lyons. Green Party gain from Conservative.
Changes of allegiance
Bournemouth: Chris Mayne, who was elected for the Conservatives in West Southbourne ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
Carmarthenshire: Five councillors have left the Labour group, complaining about bullying and harassment from the party leadership. They are now sitting as Independent unaffiliated members. The five are Jeff Edmunds and Eryl Morgan(both Bigyn division), Sharen Davies (Llwynhendy division), Shahana Najmi (Lliedi division), and Louvain Roberts (Glanymor division). It is also noted that Rob Evans, who was elected as an Independent in Dafen division, has joined the Labour Party.
South Somerset: Dean Ruddle, who was elected for the Conservatives in Wessex ward and was only readmitted to the group last month after resigning the whip, has now left the party for good (although the party say his membership was suspended as a result of an incident).

Havering: Cranham ward, after the death of Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association councillor Clarence Barrett. Term ends 2022.
Luton: Stopsley ward, after the resignation of Liberal Democrat councillor Meryl Dolling. Her term would end in May so there will be no byelection.
Merthyr Tydfil: Cyfarthfa division, after the death of Independent councillor Paul Brown. Term ends 2022.
North Devon: Pilton ward, after the resignation of Liberal Democrat councillor Mair Manuel. No byelection is to be held as her term was due to end in May.
South Somerset: Ilminster ward, after the resignation of Liberal Democrat councillor Carol Goodall. Her term would have ended in May and so she will not be replaced in a byelection.
Torridge: Bideford East ward, after the death of Conservative councillor Mervyn Langmead. His term was due to end in May so no byelection will be held.
Dates for byelections
Dundee: The byelection due in North East ward will be held on 2 May.
Lambeth: The byelection due in Thornton ward will be held on 11 April.
Merthyr Tydfil: The byelection due in Cyfarthfa division will be held on 11 April.
Swale: It has been reported that Andrew Bowles, the leader of the council, has been suspended from membership over a controversial tweet. He is however still shown as a Conservative councillor on both Swale and Kent councils.
