Results
- Bridgend: The byelection in Ogmore Vale division on 12 November was won by Dhanisha Patel. Labour gain from an Independent.
- Conwy: The byelection in Eglwysbach division on 12 November was won by Austin Roberts. Plaid Cymru hold.
- Dorset: The byelection in Rodwell division on 12 November was won by Clare Sutton. Green Party gain from Labour.
- Shropshire: The byelection in Belle Vue division on 12 November was won by Amy Liebich. Labour hold.
Change of allegiance
- Trafford: Ian Platt, who was elected for the Labour Party in Bucklow St Martins ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
New vacancies
- Hertfordshire: Bushey North division, after the death of Conservative county councillor Steve O’Brien. Term ends 2017.
- Rutland: Whissendine ward, after the resignation of Liberal Democrat councillor Sam Asplin, due to ill health. Term ends 2019.
- Ryedale: Derwent ward, after the resignation of Conservative councillor Phil Evans. Term ends 2019.

- Brent: The byelection due in Kensal Green ward will be held on 17 December.
- Conwy: The byelection due in Gogarth division will be held on Wednesday 16 December.
- East Hertfordshire: The byelection due in Hertford Heath ward will be held on 17 December.
- Ryedale: The byelection due in Derwent ward will be held on 17 December.
- Spelthorne: The byelection due in Shepperton Town ward will be held on Tuesday 15 December.
- Worcestershire: The byelection due in Stourport-on-Severn division will be held on 17 December.
Other information
- Birmingham: The election petition challenging the result in Washwood Heath ward from May has been dismissed. Ansar Ali Khan (Labour) was declared duly elected.
