Flintshire: Two councillors elected as Independents have left the Independent group to join Reform UK. They are Helen Brown (Hawarden Aston ward) and Ian Hodge (Holywell East ward).
Hampshire: Neville Penman, who was elected for the Conservatives in Totton North and Netley Marsh division but left the party in January 2025, has now regained the party whip.
Hounslow: Bandna Chopra, who was elected for the Labour Party in Hounslow West ward, has joined Reform UK.
Melton: Pip Allnatt, who was elected for the Labour Party in Melton Egerton ward, has been suspended from the party and is now outside the group following an arrest.
South Norfolk: Gary Blundell, who was elected for the Liberal Democrats in New Costessey ward, has formed the South Norfolk Independents group together with his wife Sharon Blundell (Old Costessey ward) who left tha party last month.
Uttlesford: Brian Regan, who was elected for the Conservatives in Great Dunmow South and Barnston ward, has left the party to sit as an Independent councillor.
Aberdeenshire: Peterhead South and Cruden ward, after the resignation of Independent councillor George Hall, who was elected for the Conservatives. Term ends 2027.
Dacorum: Apsley and Corner Hall ward, after the resignation of Independent councillor Toni Cox, who was elected as a Liberal Democrat. Term ends 2027.
Highland: East Sutherland and Edderton ward, after the impending resignation of Highland Alliance councillor Jim McGillivray. Term ends 2027.
Malvern Hills: Alfrick, Leigh and Rushwick ward, after the resignation of Malvern Hills Independent councillor Peter Whatley. Term ends 2027.
Rushmoor: Fernhill ward, after the resignation of Rushmoor Independent Group councillor Abe Allen, who was elected for the Labour Party. Term ends 2027.
